Knowledge & Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience with Data centers, Networking – Routing & Switching, WAN & WLAN technologies, and Cloud Services, particularly through Value Added Re-sellers and Systems Integrators for enterprise markets
- Good experience working on Aruba SD-WAN, Aruba WLAN and Aruba Cloud Central. Experience with Cisco iWAN or Versa or Juniper Contrail or Velocloud desirable.
- Good exposure to Openstack or telco cloud or NFV knowledge
- Good experience working on Firewalls
- Good hands on with Python/Scripting
- Provide Complete services lifecycle for the customers including Plan, Design, Implementation, Migration and Optimization
- Creating high level and low-level design documents based on customer requirements
- Preparing the installation plan includes Network implementation plan and Network ready for use plan
- Preparing migration including Method of Procedure and migration validation checks
- Working on continuous improvement of network operations, up time and security conformance.
- Ability to multitask and work independently when required, with little supervision or direction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface to senior levels of the customer organization
- Formulate action plans (technical and operational) for analyzing and resolving reported issues.
- Simulate customer designs in lab.
- Participate in solution development and publications for knowledge base.
- Work effectively in a team environment including Aruba and Customer colleagues; QA, engineers, and field organizations.
- Provide Quarterly Customer Review meetings, providing technical status and recommendations
