•The Telecom Expense Analyst will maintain and evaluate telecommunications service records for clients, including wireline and wireless services, and assist with customer requests
•This includes evaluating telecom carrier statements, assisting in managing the inventory of telecommunication services, reviewing contracts, reviewing and paying invoices, and managing billing disputes
•In addition you will provide help with financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, & responding to ad hoc customer requests
•Database entry and validation
•Monthly invoice validation and processing
• Tracking of orders and billing disputes
•Monthly financial reporting
•Communication with team members, company management, telecom vendors and clients regarding open issues, project status updates, etc. via chat, email, or phone
•Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chat, email, or phone
