Responsibilities:

- Fine-tune existing language models to enhance performance, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Design and implement effective language chains for seamless integration into various applications.
- Explore and employ advanced Instruct and Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize model outputs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, particularly in the field of language models.
- Debug and troubleshoot AI models, ensuring robustness and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and fine-tuning Generative AI language models.
- Strong understanding of language chains and their impact on model performance.
- Familiarity with Instruct and Prompt Engineering methodologies.
