Minimum of 2+ years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and a minimum of 5+ years of total work experience
o Proficient in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions
o Thorough knowledge of all Adaptive components, such as Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting
o Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCM
o Responsible for creating and updating technical documentation
o Analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases
o Ability to investigate and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between users and Workday support
o Preferred experience in scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL)
o Bonus points for experience with Tableau, Multi-Instance structures, Adaptive APIs.
