Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects in failure analysis engineering.
• Collaborate with diverse business partners to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans and timelines to meet objectives.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in failure analysis or related engineering field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and multi-functional environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for driving project success.
• Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
