Genesys Cloud Developer (NO C2C)

Job Description: Genesys Cloud Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Experience: 8-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Architect and implement robust cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud, tailored to meet specific business requirements.
  • IVR Development: Develop interactive voice response (IVR) systems using C# or Java to enhance customer interactions and streamline processes.
  • Genesys Composer Expertise: Utilize Genesys Composer to create and customize workflows, routing rules, and other components within the Genesys Cloud environment.
  • Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD): Configure IRD to optimize call routing and distribution based on various factors such as agent availability, skill sets, and customer preferences.
  • Interaction Workspace (IW): Customize IW to provide agents with a user-friendly interface for handling customer interactions efficiently.
  • Genesys Cloud Development: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows to build scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Automation and Streamlining: Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes within the contact center environment to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Genesys Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Genesys development tools and technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in C# or Java, along with a solid understanding of REST APIs, Salesforce, Genesys On-prem systems, SQL Server, and data table configurations within Genesys Cloud.
  • CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software development and deployment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with contact center applications and associated integrations.
  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) components.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment methodologies.
