Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and vendors to deliver business strategies.
Manage local and global projects following the IT Project Management Framework.
Act as the IT SME for Omnichannel technologies, staying updated on industry trends and compliance.
Evaluate, manage, and optimize vendor partnerships for cost efficiency and innovation.
Ensure timely resolution of user issues, manage system updates, and lead the software delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree; Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar certification preferred.
Experience:
7+ years in Omnichannel/marketing automation systems.
4+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of system validation, compliance (Part 11, SOX, HIPAA), and life sciences technology.
Skills:
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
