Design and maintain enterprise-level architecture for Epic applications.
Translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions.
Lead system integration and interoperability with Epic and third-party systems.
Oversee Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts.
Mentor Epic analysts and ensure adherence to best practices.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
Document system architecture, data flows, and technical designs.
Collaborate across clinical, operational, and IT teams to align Epic solutions with organizational goals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Certifications: Epic certification(s) in relevant module(s) required; architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) a plus.
Experience:
7+ years in Epic systems, including 3+ in an architect or lead role.
Strong knowledge of Epic architecture, workflows, and integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs).
Proven experience with Epic implementations or optimization projects.
