We are looking for a Product Manager with strong Shopify Plus expertise to lead our eCommerce storefront experience. This role will focus on improving customer-facing features, optimizing store themes, and delivering a world-class fan experience.
Define and execute the product strategy to improve storefront conversion, navigation, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Implement and optimize Shopify themes, features, and configurations to support creative and store management teams.
Evaluate emerging trends in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and integrations for innovation opportunities.
Collaborate with analysts, UX/designers, product managers, developers, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
Gather, document, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
Own and manage the product roadmap & backlog, ensuring delivery of high-impact features.
Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and measurable outcomes.
Drive UAT efforts and ensure defect-free releases.
Create documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials for cross-functional teams.
Monitor KPIs and user feedback to optimize store performance and fan experience.
3–5+ years of Product Management experience in eCommerce.
Deep Shopify Plus knowledge (themes, apps, APIs, checkout, integrations).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading Agile development cycles.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Shopify Admin.
Experience in music or entertainment industries is a plus.
