We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Specialist / BDM to lead business growth initiatives, drive client engagement, and expand our footprint in target markets. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with proven sales acumen to identify opportunities, consult with clients, and close strategic deals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients and prospects
• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Pre-Sales roles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B / enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of technology solutions such as Cloud, Infrastructure, or Software Services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Experience selling IT Services, Managed Services, or SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
