Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant for a 1-year support and enhancement project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in both OTM and GTM modules and should be capable of handling configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support for Oracle OTM and GTM modules.
Handle incident resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Configure, customize, and integrate OTM/GTM functionalities as per project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
Strong functional understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight payment, and trade compliance processes.
Proven technical expertise in OTM/GTM configuration, integration, and customization.
Experience in support and enhancement projects.
Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle certifications in OTM/GTM.
Experience working with global logistics or supply chain teams.
Knowledge of related Oracle modules (EBS, SCM Cloud, etc.).
