Responsibilities:

* Telecomm Analyst will analyze and interpret telecommunications billing data to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities

* Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with management and stakeholders

* Track and monitor KPIs related to telecommunications usage, costs, uptime, and repair times

* Review contracts to confirm favorable rates and terms

* Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing disputes and service issues

* Stay current on telecommunications technologies and industry trends

* As a Telecomm Analyst, you will maintain accurate records of all telecommunications assets and services

* Verify E-911 location information

* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline expense management
