- 10–15+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on Finance and ERP implementations.
- Proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs (Oracle preferred, SAP acceptable).
- Strong understanding of finance operations (AP, AR, Atoning); FP&A experience not required.
- Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive adoption.
- Must have experience in medical device and regulated environments.
