Job Duties:
- Make presentations to customers and prospects outlining technical solutions to stated business challenges and/or goals.
- Serve as a technical leader on major projects and to more junior members of the team.
- Provide thought leadership in ServiceNow to the team and customers/prospects.
- Ability and desire to roll up sleeves and write code if project success requires it.
- Respond to requests for proposal and proposal/SOW preparation, including development of project implementation plans, cost estimates and resource plans.
- Assume the role of technical lead on large or small ServiceNow projects, ensuring high quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop internal lab/demo environment architecture.
- Develop trusted relationships with project team members, customers and prospects.
- Analyze customers business and functional requirements and develop cost effective, creative ServiceNow technical solutions to fulfill requirements.
- Participate in evaluation of new ServiceNow releases and functionality.
- Billable ~50% minimum.
- Maintain certifications and learn new skills to increase the amount of projects assigned.
- Other duties as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience architecting, selling and implementing technical solutions involving ServiceNow.
- BS/BA degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- In-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Integration Hub, HRSD SPM and Creator Workflow is required. Technical knowledge of SecOps and IRM is desired but not required.
- Ability to articulate how technical solutions can solve business problems with ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated capability as technical project manager, technical lead, and solutions architect with ability to provide technical and thought leadership to ServiceNow projects and prospective projects.
- Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills with ability to represent complex solutions in a straightforward and easily understood way.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to establish credibility with customers, stakeholders, staff and prospects.
- Some travel may be required.
