Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AEM Forms solutions including Adaptive Forms, XFA forms, and Form Data Models
- Build and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows
- Develop OSGi services, Sling Models, and RESTful APIs for AEM integrations
- Implement form workflows, approvals, and automation using AEM Forms Workflow
- Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, databases, APIs)
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of AEM applications
- Work with front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) for form customization
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms
- Expertise in Adaptive Forms, XFA Forms, and AEM Workflows
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, and JCR
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and client-side scripting
- Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of AEM architecture and deployment models (Cloud/On-Prem)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
