Summary:
We are looking for a strong End-to-End (ETE) Tester with a solid background in the Healthcare domain, specifically with experience in 834/837 transactions.
Proven experience in end-to-end testing, including developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
In-depth knowledge of US healthcare systems, workflows, and regulatory standards.
Strong Healthcare Claims exp
Expertise in both UI and API automation testing.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI.
Exposure to test automation frameworks and approaches, with a strong understanding of business flows and best practices.
SQL skills with experience in database testing.
Experience with Tosca is preferred.
Experience: 6-8+ years
Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience in TOSCA automation is mandatory.
Strong healthcare payer domain experience, especially in Member Eligibility and Enrollment.
EDI 834 X12 enrollment files and and Knowledge in Medicare TRR files processing
Good functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing experience.
Ability to understand user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Experience in test case design, test execution, defect logging, and defect tracking.
Good understanding of Agile, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using TOSCA.
Validate healthcare workflows related to member eligibility, enrollment, plan, and member data.
Support functional testing, regression testing, and in-sprint automation.
Collaborate with QA leads, business analysts, developers, and scrum teams.
Ensure timely test execution, defect reporting, and quality delivery.
Preferred Skills
Healthcare payer experience.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Exposure to Jira, qTest, ALM, or similar tools.
