Rate is Max $40/hr on W2 without benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for EDI transactions
- Validate ANSI X12 formats such as 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 276/277
- Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing including data validation and reconciliation
- Identify, log, and track defects; perform root cause analysis
- Validate inbound and outbound EDI files against specifications
- Work closely with EDI Analysts/Developers to resolve issues
- Support trading partner onboarding and testing cycles
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards (for healthcare projects)
- Participate in regression, integration, and UAT testing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an EDI Tester or QA Analyst
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI transactions
- Experience in manual and/or automated testing
- Familiarity with EDI tools (e.g., BizTalk, Sterling, Edifecs, etc.)
- Ability to read and validate EDI mapping documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
