As a Sales & Solutions Associate in our AI, Data , Analytics and Security practice, you’ll turn the tech skills you gained at university into real customer value. Your days will mix prospecting for new clients, chatting with business leaders about their AI, data, analytics and security challenges, and sketching out first-pass solution ideas that our senior engineers will polish. It’s a fast-paced, learning-heavy role where you’ll sharpen your sales abilities, deepen your technical credibility, and help Datamaze AI grow, all while working with the latest cloud, analytics, and cybersecurity tools.
Prospecting & Outreach : Research and prioritize target accounts, execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social), and capture all interactions in the CRM.
Client Discovery: Conduct concise discovery calls to identify prospects’ AI, data, analytics, cloud, and security challenges and business objectives.
Solution Mapping: Convert discovery insights into one-page solution briefs and preliminary diagrams, highlighting risk reduction, compliance, and ROI; collaborate with senior engineers for refinement.
Pipeline Nurturing: Drive sustained engagement through timely follow-ups, LinkedIn touchpoints, and event networking; coordinate advanced technical sessions with solution architects.
Market & Technical Insight: Stay abreast of AI/ML, cloud-security, and data-analytics trends; maintain hands-on familiarity with SAST, DAST, and container-scanner tools to ensure technical credibility.
Performance & Reporting: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs (qualified meetings, pipeline value, revenue influenced) and deliver concise weekly activity reports, incorporating client feedback to enhance service offerings.
Bachelor’s degree completed within the past 12 months in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Internship experience, capstone project, or campus organization role that involved lead generation, fundraising, or pitching ideas to stakeholders.
Demonstrated initiative in meeting goals or KPIs (e.g., sponsorship targets, event attendance, project milestones).
Strong verbal and written skills; able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts via phone, email, and social media, and presenting to small groups.
Familiarity with CRM or pipeline-tracking tools (coursework, internship, or personal projects).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for creating presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
Foundational understanding of AI, data analytics, cloud, and security concepts gained from coursework, hackathons, or student clubs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an academic or internship setting.
Eager to learn professional sales methodologies and enterprise solution design; receptive to coaching and feedback.
Willingness to travel to client meetings, user groups, and industry events (up to 25% of worktime).
Eligible to work in the country of employment and available to start full-time within the next 1–2 months.
