Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects (implementation, upgrades, enhancements)
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business stakeholders)
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and client communication
- Oversee release management, change management, and governance processes
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with project planning tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
