Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager (PPL) with strong experience in managing the Project Portfolio Lifecycle within the ServiceNow platform. This role will drive planning, execution, and governance of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and portfolio priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (PPL) within ServiceNow
- Oversee demand intake, project planning, execution, and delivery
- Drive portfolio alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and scope
- Maintain and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Facilitate governance meetings and portfolio reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, Admins, Business, PMO)
- Ensure data accuracy in ServiceNow PPL/PPM modules
- Monitor KPIs, project health, and performance metrics
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow PPL / PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle management frameworks
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with resource planning and portfolio tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ServiceNow CSA
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Experience in enterprise-level transformation programs
