Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QE Tester to support testing and validation of Salesforce-based applications, including workflows, integrations, and backend processing. The role requires strong QA experience, hands-on Salesforce testing expertise, and mandatory healthcare domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute testing for Salesforce workflows, objects, and business processes
* Perform end-to-end validation across Salesforce UI, APIs, and backend systems
* Validate modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Opportunities
* Analyze logs and system behavior to identify and troubleshoot defects
* Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to resolve issues
* Perform regression testing, UAT, and production validation
* Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, databases)
* Verify data accuracy across Salesforce UI, database, and downstream systems
* Validate business rules, validation rules, workflows, and process automation
* Perform testing of reports, dashboards, and data visibility rules
* Monitor data flow and validate system behavior across integrated systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3+ years of QA testing experience in Salesforce applications
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud concepts)
* Experience with API testing (REST services, Postman)
* Strong SQL skills for data validation
* Experience with Python (automation or scripting)
* Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira)
* Experience with UI automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
* Experience testing Salesforce workflows, objects, and integrations
* Healthcare domain knowledge including claims processing, member (eligibility, enrollment, benefits), authorization workflows, and appeals and grievances
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
