Support production environments and ensure the reliability and availability of the observability platform.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
Monitor platform health, capacity, licensing/usage, and overall configuration quality.
Coordinate with vendor support when advanced product issues require escalation.
Observability Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Establish and mature enterprise observability practices across applications and infrastructure.
Define standards for metrics, logs, traces, events, topology, service health, and user experience monitoring.
Establish meaningful SLI/SLO practices and service-health indicators.
Identify monitoring gaps and recommend improvements based on operational and business requirements.
Drive adoption of proactive monitoring, automated remediation, anomaly detection, and intelligent problem management.
