TIBCO Architect – Containers & Kubernetes | W2 Only | On-site role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on TIBCO Integration Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x, BWCE, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native integration architecture. The candidate will lead legacy TIBCO modernization, containerization, and deployment of scalable, highly available enterprise integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW5, BW6, BWCE, EMS, and JMS.

• Lead migration of legacy TIBCO applications to BWCE and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

• Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

• Design REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.

• Implement cloud deployments, monitoring, security, scaling, and high availability.

• Lead architecture reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x and BWCE.

• Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.

• TIBCO EMS/JMS, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT.

• CI/CD pipeline implementation.

• Hands-on TIBCO migration and modernization experience.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong integration architecture and technical leadership skills.

Experience Required:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.

• 7+ years of TIBCO BusinessWorks development and architecture.

• Hands-on BWCE deployment on Kubernetes/OpenShift.

• Proven experience migrating legacy TIBCO applications to containerized environments.
