IT Program Manager | On-site role | USC Only.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage complex, multi-team technology programs involving Azure, middleware, cloud, and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong program management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Lead program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.

• Coordinate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.

• Oversee programs involving Azure cloud and middleware technologies.

• Work closely with technical teams on cloud, integration, and microservices initiatives.

• Prepare clear documentation, program reports, presentations, and executive-ready materials.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team programs.

• Strong Azure experience.

• Experience with middleware technologies and enterprise integration projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and deliverables.

• Must be available to work onsite in Chicago, IL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharma / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience is highly preferred.

• Experience delivering cloud and microservices projects.

• Experience with enterprise integration and middleware platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
