Senior Program Manager – Enterprise Modernization | Hybrid | USC Only.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong leadership and executive stakeholder management skills to lead large-scale enterprise modernization programs. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing complex transformation initiatives involving multiple teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver large-scale enterprise modernization and transformation programs.
* Manage senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
* Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery.
* Coordinate multiple projects, technical teams, vendors, and business units.
* Manage program budgets, timelines, dependencies, and executive reporting.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives.
Required Skills
* 12+ years of IT experience with strong program management expertise.
* Proven experience leading major enterprise modernization programs.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
* Strong experience in program governance, risk mitigation, and vendor management.
* Experience managing complex, multi-team enterprise technology initiatives.
* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Good to Have
* Experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud and integration projects.
* Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
* Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, and middleware integration.
* PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred.
