Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data model, security framework, and configuration capabilities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
