Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer / Engineer

W2 Only (No OPT's)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC applications based on business requirements

• Design workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support risk assessments, control testing, issue management, and remediation tracking

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems

• Maintain data integrity, reporting, and dashboards for compliance and risk visibility

• Provide production support, enhancements, and platform optimization

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards

• Participate in upgrades, patches, and platform improvements

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk

• Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules)

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

• Experience with ACLs, workflows, catalog items, and UI customization

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, etc.)

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-GRC/IRM) preferred
