Job Title: IT Project Manager (Healthcare)
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare IT projects across benefits, claims, and membership domains

• Manage large-scale system implementations with strong focus on data integration and data-driven solutions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning while tracking risks and dependencies

• Drive requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and project execution

• Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance in healthcare systems

• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure quality deliverables

Requirements:

• Strong healthcare domain experience (Benefits, Claims, Membership)

• Proven experience managing large-scale IT system implementations

• Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and data-centric project delivery

• Experience working with healthcare platforms like QNXT (preferred)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment
