Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
Lead end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions
* Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent systems
* Automate and optimize sales compensation processes
* Integrate Varicent with related systems (e.g., Sales Planning, CRM)
* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
* Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans
* Conduct requirements workshops and document outcomes
* Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and webforms in Varicent
* Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and database design
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
* Support ongoing system operations, maintenance, and enhancements
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
* Maintain high standards for documentation and solution quality
* Train and support end-users and business partners on Varicent functionalities
