KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions across ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, SPM, Now Assist, and ITOM AIOps, as well as future purchased modules
Build, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, scripted APIs, and MID Servers
Support and enhance specialized and lesser-used ServiceNow capabilities, including BLSP for the organization's public-facing portal
Deliver enhancements and new features through Agile user stories while also diagnosing and resolving production incidents within defined service levels
Develop and maintain server- and client-side logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and Flow Designer
Track, update, and manage development work in Azure DevOps
Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot and resolve defects
Participate in code reviews and follow platform development standards, coding best practices, and governance guidelines
Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and integrations
Collaborate with architects, administrators, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and features and recommend improvements
