· Evaluation of the current Epicor ERP Set Up current state and recommendations of improvements since go live define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
· Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections.
· Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data.
· Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports.
· Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements
· Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality
· Coordinate and track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition.
· Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessary
Desired Qualifications
· 3-years Epicor Certification technical experience in Kinetic
· Experience with the modules listed above including BAQ expertise, email notification, Inventory and warehouse set up and A/R automation email notifications to customers.
· Portfolio Management experience.
· Critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs and make decisions that result in high quality project outputs
· Ability to manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and input
