Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field

Multiple certifications in Analytics and Product Management

8+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Product Management, combined with 10+ years of relevant Finance expertise supporting the technology side of the organization

5 years of Lean Six Sigma experience (Green Belt required; Business Process Management a plus)

5 years of experience working with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications (JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud)

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements

High attention to detail and accuracy; data-driven mindset with strong analytical and modeling skills

Proven ability to extract actionable insights from data to drive evidence-based decisions
