Roles & Responsibilities:
As a ServiceNow Telecom Developer, you will be responsible for developing and configuring applications in line with the design recommendation from architects/Tech Leads to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a technology subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Hands-on Experience in OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer components
- Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development practices.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Create and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables.
- Configure workflows, notifications, and access controls.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Document workflows, processes, and configurations.
- Certification in CSA / CAD / CIS
